Hong Kong Tramways.

After reading the last paragraph in your letter

10904/1902 of the 24th March, our clients did not feel justified in at once antering into the contract for the construction of these tramways.

However, we have now been advised by cablegram from Hong Kong that the Ordinance, including the amendments made by your Department,has been read a third time.

We therefore venture to oncemo re trouble you and ask if wa. may now consider the matter complete and quite in order.
